Connecting Knowledge to Build a Better Future through Science

The Organization for Research Promotion was established in April 2015 as a central body responsible for managing and supporting research activities at Tokyo University of Science. Its mission is to promote academic research at the University in a sustainable and strategic manner, while responding effectively to developments in Japan's science and technology policies, as well as to the evolving social and economic demands placed on universities. Through the comprehensive management and support of research activities, the Organization seeks to invigorate research organizations, further enhance academic excellence, and advance pioneering and collaborative research initiatives.

The Organization comprises three constituent units: the Research Institute for Science and Technology, the Research Institute for Biomedical Sciences, and the Research Equipment Center. By integrating the expertise of these units, the Organization aims to advance innovative research unique to Tokyo University of Science at a world-class level.

The Organization seeks your continued understanding and support as it serves as a foundation for the sustainable development of research at the University and the creation of new knowledge.
