SRM AP University Delegation Pays Courtesy Visit to TUS and Discusses the Future Development of Academic and Research Exchange

On September 15, 2026, a delegation from SRM AP University (SRM UNIVERSITY-ANDHRA PRADESH, India), led by Sutharsan Govindarajan, the Associate Director for International Relations and Higher Studies, paid a courtesy visit to the Kagurazaka Campus of the Tokyo University of Science (TUS). SRM AP University is a private university located in Amaravati, the capital region of Andhra Pradesh in southeastern India, and is engaged in education and research in fields including engineering and the natural sciences.

From TUS, Vice President Yukishige Kondo, Professor Kiyoshi Dowaki of the Faculty of Science and Technology, and Eiji Watanabe, Director of the Center for Promotion of Internationalization, attended the meeting; they welcomed the delegation and engaged in a lively exchange of views on the future development of academic exchange.

TUS and SRM AP University are currently working toward the execution of a university-wide agreement, and this visit is expected to further strengthen the collaboration between the two universities.
