In the morning of October 30, 2019, four faculty members and staff from Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology (China) made a courtesy visit to the Tokyo University of Science. This university is a science and technology focused institution with over 21,000 students .
In a friendly atmosphere in which Director Okamura of the Organization for Advancement of Internationalization and Director Watanabe of the Center for Promotion of Internationalization were also present, introductions of both universities were made, and opinions were exchanged on the possibility of future academic collaboration.
