British company QS Limited has released its QS Graduate Employability Rankings for 2020, and Tokyo University of Science (TUS) is ranked 10th among Japanese universities (between 141st and 150th globally) and 3rd among private Japanese universities.
Released annually by QS, these rankings are determined based on five indicators: "employer reputation," "alumni outcomes," "partnerships with employers per faculty," "employer/student connections" and "graduate employment rate." In addition to high scores in "graduate employment rate" (99.8) and "employer/student connections" (88.4), a variety of positive data, such as year-on-year improvement in "employer reputation" and "alumni outcomes," attests to the effectiveness of TUS' collaborative partnerships with private industry as well as the success of TUS graduates in the workforce.
