On Tuesday, December 20, 2016, Mr. Nicolas Mormeneo and Ms. Yasuko Yokoyama of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie française du Japon's Service Emploi et Formation were invited to take part in a French Cultural Seminar & Christmas Party held in the Kagurazaka English Lounge. The two guests talked about a variety of topics, including French culture, language, student life and Baccalauréat testing, after which the Kagurazaka English Lounge student assistants led a time of intercultural exchange involving French self-introductions and playing bingo in French.
On Thursday, December 22, 2016, a student assistant-planned Christmas Party was held in the Katsushika English Lounge. Members of the acapella student circle delivered a wonderful Christmas song harmony on the day. The time seemed to fly by as student participants enjoyed conversing in English with native speaking instructors and fellow students.
