On November 8, 2016 (Tuesday), a delegation from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Peru visited the Tokyo University of Science.
The delegation from USIL consisted of seven people, including former Vice-President of Peru and USIL Chairman Raul Diez Canseco Terry (founding president of USIL), USIL President Ramiro Salas Bravo, Director, and the Peruvian ambassador to Japan, and carried out meaningful exchange of information with Director Shinozuka of the Center for Promotion of Internationalization at TUS and others regarding ideals for promoting academic exchange in the future between the two universities. The visitors also toured various facilities on the Kagurazaka Campus, including the Museum of Science.
There are expectations for this visit to serve as the foundation for development of exchange between the two universities.
