On June 17, 2008, the Tokyo University of Science and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology signed an academic exchange agreement.
Based on this agreement, both institutions will promote a collaborative relationship through the following activities:
- Instructor exchanges
- Student exchanges
- Academic investigation and academic cooperation
- Exchange of academic information and publications
