Tokyo Workshop on Solar Light Energy Conversion (TOSLEC-1) to be held at this University

The Tokyo Workshop on Solar Light Energy Conversion (TOSLEC-1) was held at Tokyo University of Science.

The Workshop, hosted jointly by this University and Nissan Science Foundation, was held in the Morito Kinenkan Hall at the University's Kagurazaka Campus. The schedule was as given below.

The Workshop focused on two topics: (1) The manufacture of clean hydrogen through hydrolysis using photocatalysts and photo-electrochemical processes, and (2) Dye-sensitized solar cells (Graetzel cells), a potential new battery for the next generation. A one-day workshop was planned for each of these.
