On August 1, 2007, the Tokyo University of Science and the National Chemical Laboratory of India signed an academic exchange agreement.
Based on this agreement, both institutions will promote a collaborative relationship through the following activities:
- Instructor exchanges
- Student exchanges
- Joint research activity
- Participation in seminars and academic conferences
- Exchange of publications and other academic information
