Based on the results of a questionnaire given to faculty members working at approximately 300 Japanese language schools across Japan regarding higher education institutions that they recommend to international students, the Tokyo University of Science gathered support from many faculty members in the category of "Nihon-Ryugaku Awards Engineering and Technology Department" (organized by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education), and received award for fourth time in a row. The Director of the TUS Center for Promotion of Internationalization attended the awards ceremony that was held on Monday, August 7, and was awarded a certificate.
