    The content can be understood by children as young as 10 years old(upper elementary school students), but can also be enjoyed by younger elementary school students.

  • QIs it be possible to receive an explanation along with the tour?

    Yes, students will be available as instructors.(This may not be possible due to overcrowding)

  • QHow long does it take to complete a tour of the museum?

    It will take about 1 to 2 hours.

  • QWhat precautions should I take when visiting with child?

    Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please be careful not to cause injury or disturb other visitors by making noise or acting out. Also, exhibits such as teaching tools and models may be broken or scratched if handled roughly. Please handle them carefully and gently.

  • QDo I need to apply in advance for a group tour?

    If there are more than 10 people in your group, please make a reservation at least one week in advance by e-mail, phone, or inquiry form on the website. Please enter the date, time, number of people, and the name of the representative in the “Inquiry Details” field. We do not have a specific limit on the number of people we can accept, but if you would like an instructor to show you around the museum, 40 people or less would be an appropriate number.

  • QIs it possible to take pictures?

    Photography is not permitted in the museum.

  • QI have left something behind in the museum.

    Lost and found items found at the museum are kept at the reception desk.

  • QIs there space for eating and drinking?

    We do not have an eating and drinking area.
