Research Theme
  • We aim to develop a novel computational method for analyzing the plastic deformation of alloys that considers both atomistic and continuum mechanical interactions between dislocations and precipitates, thereby improving the quantitative evaluation of alloy strength. Specifically, the method incorporates the effects of precipitates and material surfaces into dislocation dynamics-based plasticity simulations by applying the principle of superposition.
