| 研究・技術内容 | The secondary metabolites which are produced by the microorganism have long been used as the biological control agents. The fungi have ability to secrete these substances and contributes to the antibiotics compounds’ diversity. Therefore, fungal isolations with the potential antibiotic activity need to be investigated. In addition, due to the rapid advance in genetics, the process behind the produce of the fungal secondary metabolites can be characterized. This study will enhance our understanding on the antifungal activity of this fungus and may contribute to the development of new and safe antifungal therapeutics. |
