Applications Open for MOLECULAR FRONTIERS SYMPOSIUM 2016 (Held on 10/9 to 10/10)

The MOLECULAR FRONTIERS SYMPOSIUM is a symposium where lectures related to cutting-edge molecular science aimed at high school students are held, by inviting prominent scientists from around the world, including Nobel Prize winners.
This time around, the event will be held in Japan for the first time.

Lectures, panel discussions, etc. are all held in English, allowing participants to experience science at the world's top level.
There are also opportunities to speak directly with the Nobel Prize winners, and a networking event for participants will also be held as an opportunity for exchanges among the participating high school students.

We are waiting for applications from young scientists who want to play an active role globally!

Schedule October 9 (Sunday) to October 10 (Monday/holiday), 2016
Venue Tokyo University of Science, Kagurazaka Campus (map)
Access JR Sobu Line, Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line / Tozai Line / Namboku Line, Toei Oedo Line: 3 to 10-minute walk from Iidabashi station
Target applicants 150 high school students who are bearers of the next generation and who have a strong interest in science
Participation fee Free
Pre-registration deadline June 15, 2016 (Wednesday)
Application deadline Must be received by July 1, 2016 (Friday)
*Please note that a drawing will be held if there are a large number of applicants.
