Babson College is holding a four-day intensive Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE JAPAN)

Babson College, recognized as the top educator for entrepreneurship in the US, is holding a four-day intensive Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE JAPAN) at Tokyo University of Science's Kagurazaka Campus starting from November 7, 2014. Over this four-day period, top instructors from Babson College will recreate their popular program in Japan.

For an unprecedented 21 straight years (1994-2014), Babson College has been ranked as the No. 1 MBA Entrepreneurship Program in the US by US News & World Report, beating schools such as Harvard and Stanford. The Financial Times also ranked Babson College as having the world's best MBA Program in Entrepreneurship (2011, 2010, 2007, 2006). The college has produced many prominent alumni, including several presidents of Japanese leading corporations.

Babson College's Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE) program provides training for educators involved in the teaching of entrepreneurship. Since its launch in 1985, more than 3,200 participants form more than 750 universities and academic institutions in 68 countries have taken this traditional program. Topics covered by the program include the Entrepreneurial Thought & Action, Design Thinking for Ideation, Discovering Market Opportunities, Feasibility Analysis, Business Model Generation, Marketing a New Business, Financing a New Business, Building New Business Teams and Organizations, Business Planning and Investor Presentations.

Educators from the university's School of Management, as well as its Management of Technology (MOT) and Masters of Intellectual Property (MIP) programs are participating in this program and aim to incorporate the results of this training into their lessons.
