On November 22, 2007, the Tokyo University of Science and Brunel University of the United Kingdom signed an academic exchange agreement.
Based on this agreement, both universities will promote a collaborative relationship through the following activities:
- Instructor exchanges
- Student exchanges
- Planning and implementation of academic cooperation
- Exchange of publications and other academic information
- Promotion of other academic activities
