Introduction

The purpose of the Department of Electrical Engineering is to carry out education and research on "electric and electronic engineering" that leads the modern, 21st century society, based on the university's philosophy of "creating science and technology for nature, people and society and the harmonious development of all three."

  • As evening classes are provided, the doors are wide open for working persons, including transfer students, allowing them to acquire basic techniques related to electric and electronic technology under a meritocracy.
  • Cultivate engineers who possess knowledge and perceptions related to the fields of materials/devices, energy/control, and communication/information through education and research on the latest technology.
